3. Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, images, or designs submitted.

By uploading artwork, you represent that:

  • You own the design or have permission to use it.
  • Your design does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Valadez Printing is not responsible for claims arising from customer-submitted artwork.

4. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Quotes are valid only for the time specified and do not guarantee future pricing.

5. Payment

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

6. Production Times

Estimated production times are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, equipment failures, weather, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle customers to refunds.

7. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates.

Valadez Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been shipped.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final.

Returns or refunds are only considered if:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.
  • The order differs from the approved artwork.

Any issue must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

9. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

Valadez Printing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, text, photographs, and designs created by Valadez Printing, remains our property unless otherwise agreed.
